摘要
目的探讨eTRACKING(echo-tracking,ET)的原理及其影响因素。方法对传统压力增强指数和ET的管径增大指数原理进行分析,仔细研究用ET法得出的AI的图解。结果管径增大指数与压力增强指数的定义、翻译名、公式描述、预测动脉硬化部位、外周动脉与大动脉血管参数的转换不同;预测动脉硬化的结果相同。结论ET的管径增大指数比压力增强指数提供更多的信息,对病变血管的定位更准,可以反映整体与局部动脉硬化的关系。AI数据波动较大,个体差异明显,所测数据需综合分析。
Objective To discuss on the principle and influential factors of caliber AI from eTRACKING. Methods The principle of conventional pressure AI and caliber AI of ET were analyzed and the illustrations of AI from ET technique were researched attentively. ReStilts Pressure AI and caliber AI have different definitions, translations, formula descriptions, arteriosclerotic sites by forecasting and parameter transformations of peripheral arteries and central arteries. Yet they had the same results of predicting arteriosclerosis. Conclusion Compared with the pressure AI, the caliber AI of ET provides more referential information and even exacter location of affected arteries. The caliber AI may reflect the relationship of the entire and local arteriosclerosis but the pressure AI can't. As the data of AI has relatively big fluctuation and obvious individual variation, the data obtained need to be analyzed synthetically.
