摘要
以艾维茵肉鸡为试验对象,研究糖萜素-Ⅱ对肉鸡生长性能及肉品质的影响。720羽艾维茵肉鸡随机分成2组,每组3个重复,试验组基础日粮中添加糖萜素-Ⅱ500mg/kg、对照组基础日粮添加抗生素。试验结果表明,肉鸡在使用了糖萜素-Ⅱ以后,糖萜素组成活率提高了2.65%,料肉比下降了4.32%,大肠杆菌病、慢性呼吸道病的发病率下降了14.29%,糖萜素组胸肌滴水损失率降低了11.1%,胸肌肉色L值降低了12.36%;a值提高了21.96%;b值降低了30.87%;糖萜素组胸肌中肌苷酸含量提高了13.45%、胆固醇含量比抗生素组降低了15.49%,铅含量降低了38.75%,镉含量降低了32.26%。由此表明,糖萜素-Ⅱ饲料添加剂能促进肉鸡生长,有效提高肉鸡机体的免疫力,改善肉的品质。试验目的是为了进一步验证糖萜素对肉鸡的作用效果,为糖萜素在养禽业中推广应用提供依据。
This paper is to research the effect of saccharicterpenin -Ⅱ on growth pefformance and meat quality in AA broilers. 720 broilers were randomly assigned to two treatments, each consisted of three replications, and added saccharicterpenin- Ⅱ500 mg/kg and antibiotics respectively on basic diet. Results showed that in the saccharicterpenin-Ⅱ 500 mg/kg treatment,average survival ratio was improved by 2.65% and feed meat ratio of broilers in the whole period was decreased by 4.32% ,incidence of disease was decreased by 14.29% ,Broilers drip loss was decreased by 11.1% and meat color L were decreased by 12.36% ,meat color a was increased 21.96% and meat color b was decreased by 30.87% ,inosinic acid was improved by 13.45% ,cholesterol was decreased by 15.49% ,Pb and Cd was decreased by 38.75% ,32.26%. Therefore saccharicterpenin - Ⅱ had the capability to stimulate the growth of AA broiler, effectively improve their meat quality and body immunity. The purpose of the test is to prove the effect of sacchadcterpenin - Ⅱ to AA broilers and then offer the evidence to popularize in the chicken farm.
