摘要 塔河油田T904井地质预告,在石炭系有20m膏盐岩,盐上和盐下地层承压能力低。在分析地质特点的基础上,针对难点,设计了具有稳定井壁、抗盐膏侵、防漏堵漏与保护油气层作用的硅酸盐聚磺钻井液,并确定了钻井液配方及性能参数,制定出相应的技术对策。应用表明,聚磺硅酸盐钻井液施工段井壁稳定,井身质量达到优质标准;携岩能力强,能及时将井底的岩屑带出地面,提高了钻井速度。电测、下套管、固井等完井作业顺利,能够满足钻井、录井、环保等施工要求。 The geologic forecast of Well T 904 indicates that there is a 20m-thick salt gypsolyte in Carboniferous which has a lower resistance to pressure in the upsalt and subsalt zones.By analyzing both geologic characteristics and the drilling difficulties,we design the silicate polysulfonate drilling fluid system with its capabilities of wall stability,resistance to salt gypsum,leak prevention,sealing as well as reservoir protection,and determine the formulation,performance parameters together with technical process of this drilling fluid.Applications indicates that the drilling fluid system may stabilize wellface to achieve excellent wellbore quality.It possesses the strong capabilities of carrying cuttings,and improve drilling rate,ensures the success in logging,casing as well as cementing,and meet the requirements of drilling,logging and environment protection.
