摘要
用恒温烘箱和真空烘箱方法测定油脂水分含量,测定时间较长,操作繁琐,需要一种快速检验方法来代替。通过卡尔费休法与国标方法在油脂水分测定中的比较,结果卡尔费休法测定油脂水分能取得与国标法相近的结果,且重现性好,操作方便快捷,可以推广使用。
During the process of determination of the oil moisture, heating method which needs more time and complex operations has the need to be replaced by another faster testing method. By the comparison between Karl Fischer method and international standard method in the determination of oil moisture, we find the results from the two methods are similar, and Karl Fischer method can determine the oil moisture more accurately and speedly , so it can be introduced to be widely used.
