Facing Problems and Expectation of Drug-eluting Stent

药物洗脱支架显著降低了支架再狭窄和靶血管重建率,但最近的研究和荟萃分析使人们对药物洗脱支架的认识陷入争论和困惑中——主要认为增加远期非心性死亡和晚期支架血栓所致的心性死亡/心肌梗死,现评述药物洗脱支架目前所面临的问题和其未来发展方向。

The use of drug-eluting stent has significantly reduced in-stent restenosis and clinically driven target-vessel revascularization. However,the latest studies and meta-analysis have raised doubts about the effectiveness of drug-eluting stent,due to increasing non-cardiac deaths and cardiac deaths/myocardial infarction owing to late stent thrombosis. This article reviews the facing problems of drug-eluting stent and its future direction.
