摘要
文章基于社会信息网络化大潮,就信息网络对现代军事战略的深刻影响进行了重点分析。文章认为,信息网络既孕育了现代军事战略新思想,又催生了现代军事战略新观念;既哺育了现代军事战略新理论,又形成了现代军事战略决策新方法。
According to the new military revolution in the world, this paper dctailedly discuss the impact of Information ＆ Internet on Modern Military Strategies. Firstly, this paper presents origin and present situation of the impact of Information ＆ Internet on Modern Military Strategies,Secondly, this paper give a clear explanation on Information ＆ Internet has played an important role in the thought,the ooncept,the theory and the method of Modern Military Strategies.
