摘要
介绍一种采用单片机驱动无传感器直流无刷电动机的方法,它在PWM导通期间对电机端电压进行采样检测,判断绕组反电势过零点的到达时间,并通过简单的线性运算进行误差校正,推算三相功率器件的换向导通时间。实验证明,这种方法检测精度高,抗干扰能力强,硬件检测电路简单,实现容易。
A method that drived the sensorless brushless DC motor using MCU was introduced. It sampled and detected the voltage of the motor's stator coils during the PWM's switching - on,obtained the right time when back - EMF reached the zero point. And then the errors were revised through the simple linear operation and the commutation time of three - phase power transistor was concluded. As the result's show, the method proved to be high precise and strong anti -interference ability. At the same time, the hardware circuits of the detection was simple and easy for realization.
