摘要
无论从对自然环境的破坏程度还是污染程度来讲,农业都不亚于工业,在一些方面甚至超过了工业,因此,治理农业污染、推行“清洁生产”,不仅是必要的,而且势在必行。将“清洁生产”的理念引入农业生产领域不仅是国际上的一种潮流,也是《清洁生产促进法》的具体要求,更是我国农业实现可持续发展的根本出路。
No matter the intensity of destruction or degree of pollution to natural environment, agriculture is not second to industry, and it has even exceeded industry in some respects. Therefore, it is not only essential, but also imperative to treat agricultural pollution, pursue ＇clean production＇. To introduce the concept of ＇clean production＇ to the agricultural production field is not only a kind of trend in the world, but also a concrete requirement for ＇Law on Promoting Clean Production＇, especially the basic outlet where the agriculture of our country realizes sustainable development.
