摘要
己二酸装置氧化反应所需的金属催化剂铜、钒是利用阳离子交换树脂吸附作用原理进行回收的。其回收效果受进料液中硝酸含量影响较大。本文通过一个简易试验,量化测得硝酸含量与Cu2+吸附率的对应关系,进而提醒装置管理人员严格控制进料液中的硝酸含量。
Catalysts used in the process of oxidation in adipic acid unit are ionic copper and vanadium,which are recycled by cation exchange resin.It largely depends on the concentration of nitric acid of inlet liquids. In this article,with a simple absorbing resin coloum in laboratory,we've obtained a series of datas between the concentration of nitric acid and the aborbing percentage,then we drawed out a trending chart to alarm the operators of the unit.
