摘要
采用拉伸试验、扫描电镜和透射电镜等测试手段,研究了固溶淬火后预变形程度对新型高强Al-Cu-Li-X铝锂合金2A97组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随预变形量增加,135℃时效48h合金强度明显提高,塑性缓慢下降,变形量为4.7%合金的抗拉强度为584MPa,延伸率为12.6%,淬火后的预变形量控制在4%-6%得到比较理想的强塑性匹配。预变形促进基体乃相析出,并使其显著细化和均匀分布。
The effect of plastic deformation on the tensile properties and microstructure of high strength Al-Cu-Li-X aluminum-lithium alloy, 2A97, was investigated through tensile test, TEM and SEM. The results showed that the plastic deformation after quenching raised the strength, and lowered the elongation of the alloy aged at 135℃ for 48 hours, On the condition of 4.7% plastic deformation, the ultimate tensile strength and elongation of the alloy reached of 584 MPa, 12.6%, respectively. The reasonable match between ductility and strength could be obtained while the plastic deformation was controlled in 4%-6% after quenching of the alloy. The plastic deformation could promote matrix T1 precipitation and make it refined and uniformly distributed.
