聚烯烃纤维电池隔膜纸的研究 被引量:14

摘要 采用湿法造纸方法,以聚烯烃纤维(聚乙烯和聚丙烯纤维)和亲水化处理过的聚烯烃纤维为原料,抄造出电池隔膜纸,研究了原料的洗涤、配比、疏解方法、分散剂种类、干燥热压等因素对纸张性能的影响。结果表明,纤维的分散浓度应在1%以下,并加入分散剂和消泡剂,在标准浆料疏解器中以旋转速率3000 r/min分散和在热压温度135℃可得到吸碱性能良好的电池隔膜纸。 The battery separator paper was produced from polyolefin fibre by conventional wet papermaking method. The influences of washing, disintegration method, and addition of the raw materials, the dispersant type and drying hot pressing on the paper properties were investigated. The result showed that in the manufacture process of battery separator paper, fibre should be dispersed in low concentration, and dispersant and deforming agent should be applied. Battery separator paper with good absorbility of lye can be prepared by using suitable disintegrating dispersing velocity and hot pressing temperature.
