一条稳固且高效的供应链是获得和维持商业成功的关键。然而供应链管理概念至今尚无一个公认的定义,因而供应链绩效度量的内容也未能统一。如何对现有供应链绩效进行度量以及如何构建成功的供应链成为许多物流与供应链管理学家关注的问题。基于MICK-4FI理论的供应链指标体系把企业资源与运营过程相结合,建立了对供应链中核心企业生产与运营进行全面绩效衡量的指标体系。

A stable and efficient supply chain plays a key role in obtaining and maintaining success of business. But the concept of supply chain manage- ment has not been defined admittedly, and the common content of supply chain performance measurement has not been accorded. How to measure the existing supply chain performance and how to bring up a successful supply chain are interesting problems to management scholars concerned. In this thesis, a SCPMS based on MICK - 4FI（Material, Information, Capital, and Knowledge - 4 Flows Integration） was brought up. It combined the enterprise resource and operation, entirely measured the production and the operation in the enterprise.
