摘要
由于法律对投资者缺乏足够的保护,中国上市公司中的大股东利用其控制权严重侵害着中小股民的利益,本文通过建立一个模型分析了大股东行为产生的机理,并提出了相关解决问题的政策建议。
The large shareholders use the control right to hurt the common shareholds seriously In the Chinese listed companies under the conditions that investors are not adequatdy protected by the law. This paper analyzes the mechanism of big shareholders＇ behavior by constructiong a model. And some suggestions are put forward in the last part for solving the problem.
