利用小粒径填料填充液相色谱柱,柱性能达到了van Deemter曲线上非常令人满意的区域:柱效极高且受流速影响小。基于该原理,本文介绍了快速、高效和高峰容量的色谱。
By using particles of very. small diameter as packing in a liquid chromatography column, the performance of the column moves to a highly desirable region of the van Deemter plot： a region where the efficiency is very high and is less influenced by flow rate. This article describes a chromatograph based on this principle, providing fast, efficient separations, and also increased peak capac.ity.
