摘要
通过选择优化二元梯度洗脱程序,确定了最佳的糠氨酸洗脱程序,使用国产的普通C18柱代替进口的色谱柱,酸解后的样液不用固相预萃取,直接上机测定糠氨酸的含量。改进后方法的灵敏度提高了近4倍,降低了分析成本,缩短了分析时间。本方法快速、经济、实用,具有一定的推广价值。
A improved method to determinate furosine in reconstituted milk, using the ordinary C 18column replace import column, without Solid phase microextraction ,has got a good result. It' s sensibility nearly as four times as the old method. Linear ranges of determination is 0.5 - 100μg/mL, And the limits of determination of analysis method is 0.03 μg/mL.
