摘要 应用流动注射荧光法同时测定苯酚和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS),它们的激发光波长为λex=230nm,发射光谱波长分别为300nm,293nm,通过控制溶液pH值方法可以达到同时测定.该方法简便,快速应用于环境水样中苯酚和SDBS的测定。 The fluorescence properties of phenol and SDBS have been studied at maximum excitation wavelength 230 nm and maximum emission warelength 300 nm, 293 nm, respectively.Phenol fluorescence quenching was at pH 10.5. It seems probable that this system might offer a method for the indirect determination of Phenol and SDBS by flow injection fluorescence analysis. The linear ranges were 0 ̄1.5 mg/L for SDBS and 0 ̄0.5 mg/L for phenol respectively. The sampling rate was 120 samples per hour. The recoveries were between 97% ̄103%. The method has been used to the determination of phenol and SDBS in environmental water samples with satisfactory results
