采用枸橼酸作缓冲剂，设计了丁胺卡那霉素滴眼剂，以四氯苯醌比色测定法作为控制质量的简便方法。

Using citric acid as the buffers the amikacin eye drops were designed. The quality for amikacin were controlled by spectrophotometric assay with chlornil. lt adapt to hospital and manufactory for speedy analysis of products.
