Comparison between PICO·TAG Reversed-phase Chromagraphy and Post-column Derivatization Ion Exchange Chromatography Methods in the Determination of Amino Acids

The analysis of amino acids by HPLC PICO·TAG and Post-Column derivation ion exchange chromatography methods was discussed. By comparison of the experiment conditions and results of the two methods it was concluded that the HPLC PICO·TAG method is more advantageous
