电镜在诊断慢性乙型肝炎中的意义

The Signification of Electron Microscopy in Diagnosis of Chronic Hepatitis B

电镜下对21例慢性乙型肝炎肝活检组织进行了观察,发现CAH与CPH、CLH具有不同的形态特征,表现在:CAH中淋巴细胞与肝细胞关系密切,多有血窦基膜出现,内皮窗孔减少明显,肝细胞间微绒毛增多,Disse腔胶原纤维更为易见。作者认为,电镜观察有助于CAH与CPH、CLH慢性肝炎的鉴别诊断。

The liver needle biopsies in 21 cases of chronic hepatitis B were observed by electron microscopy.It was found that CAH possessed a prominent and characteristic morphology as compared with CPH or / and CLH as follows:there were colsed relations between the lymphocytes and hepatocytes;remarkable decrease of endothelial fenestrations;the basement menbrane in sinusoids appeared;increase of microvili between hepatocytes;and fibrils in Disse spaces could beeasily seen.All these data suggestes thai electron microscopy is a helpful means to the differential diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B.
