Constructing Association Schemes and PBIB Designs with 1-Dimensional Non-isotropic Subspaces in the (2v+1)-Dimensional Pseudo-symplectic Space

设Ｆ＿ｑ是一个ｑ元有限域，ｑ是２的一个方幂。取Ｆ＿ｑ上２ｖ＋１维伪辛空间中的１维非迷向子空间处理，构作了些结合方案和ＰＢＩＢ设计，并且计算了它们的参数。

Let Fq be the finite field with q elements, where q is a power of 2. Deote by the (2v+δ)-dimensional pseudo-symplectic space over Fq. In this paper, taking the set of non-isotropic lines in as the set of treatments, we construct some association schemes and a PBIB design, and calculate their parameters.
