摘要
目的探讨血浆中C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)、溶血磷脂酸(lysophosphatidic acid,LPA)与亚临床冠状动脉粥样硬化患者的关系,以及上述三种物质之间的相关性。方法采用生物化学方法测定60例试验组及30例对照组外周血中CRP,Hcy及LPA的含量,并进行相关性分析。结果试验组血浆CRP、Hcy及LPA含量显著高于对照组[分别为(6.38±2.70)vs(1.80±0.45)mg/L;(18.80±6.11)vs(10.90±2.51)μmol/L;(2.98±0.47)vs(1.83±0.31)μmol/L;P<0.05],线性相关分析显示血浆CRP、Hcy含量与LPA含量呈显著正相关,r分别为0.68与0.62,(P<0.05)。结论亚临床冠状动脉粥样硬化患者血浆中CRP、Hcy及LPA含量均显著增高,三者之间具有相关性。
Objective To explore the relation of plasma C - reactive protein (CRP) , homo- cysteiine (Hcy) ,lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) and subclinic coronary sclerosis. Methods Adopt biochemisty method to determine the content of CRP, Hcy and LPA in peripheral blood of experiment group(60 cases) and control group (30 cases), and analyze their relation. Results The content of CRP,Hcy and LPA of experiment group is higher than that of control group[ (6. 38 ±2. 70) vs( 1.80 ± 0.45)mg/L][(18.80±6.11) vs (10. 90 ± 2. 51) μmol/L], [ ( 2. 98 ± 0. 47 ) vs (1.83±0.31) μmol/L] , P 〈 0. 05, the linear relation analysis showed that the plasma CRP,Hcy has positive relation with LPA, r=0. 68 and 0. 62 respectively, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion The content of CRP,Hcy and LPA in plasma of patients with subclinic coronary artery sclerosis are increased markedly, there's a relation among them.
