摘要
目的探讨阿莫西林、克拉霉素、埃索美拉唑镁联合治疗十二指肠溃汤(DU)的治疗效果。方法随机选择80例经胃镜检查确诊为十二指肠溃疡,给予阿莫西林0.5g tid po,克拉霉素0.5gbid po,埃索美拉唑镁40mg qd,po。连服两周,做胃镜检查及幽门螺杆菌(HP)检测。结果溃疡愈合率,男性86%,女性100%。幽门螺杆菌的根除率,男性79%,女性91%。结论阿莫西林、克拉霉素、埃索美拉唑镁联合治疗十二指肠溃疡疗效好,无明显的不良反应,从药物经济学的角度考虑价格较贵。
Objective To explore the effect of Amoxicilin, Clarithromycin and essomeladrazine magnesium in treating duodenal ulcer （DU）. Methods 80 cases diagnosed as DU by gastroscope were randomly choosen and were given Amoxicilin 0. 5g, tid, po ; Clarithromycin 0. 5g, bid, po ; essomeladrazine magnesium 40mg, qd, po for 2 weeks, and were done gastroscopy and exam of HP. Results The ulcer recovery rate, male 86%, female 100%. Hp elimination rate, male 79%, female 91%. Conclusion The effect of the above 3 medicine is good,no obvious side effect.
