摘要
通过对分离获得的酵母FD1的形态、生理、生化、生态等方面的实验与分析,确认该菌株为酿酒酵母(Saceharomycescrevisiae)种群的一株应用型酵母。
By analysing and testing the shape, physiology, biochemistry and ecology segregrated yeast strain FD1, was confirmed to be an applicate yeast of saceharomyces crevisiae groups.
