Computer Control to the Hoisting Velocity of Hydraulic Hoist Based on Electro-Hydraulic Proportional Techniqe

摘要 介绍了一种基于电液比例技术的防爆液压提升机提升速度微机控制系统,它是在原系统的基础上加入了电液比例换向阀及微机控制系统,采用闭环控制及PID控制算法以确保系统反应灵敏,提高控制精度。同时为其设计了适用于微机系统的接口电路及相关控制软件。模拟试验结果证明了此设计的合理性。 The paper introduces a kind of system for controlling the hoisting velocity of anti-explosion hydraulic hoist with computer based on electro-hydraulic proportional technique, which is added the electro-hydraulic proportional reversal valve and computer control system on the basis of the old system, closed loop control and PID control algorithm are applied to insure the sensitive response of system so as to the control precision increase. In addition, the interface circuit that is suitable for the computer system and relevant control software are designed.
