摘要
本文作者研究了应用新显色剂间溴偶氮羧—m在水相中测定微量镓的方法.镓与显色剂形成1:2的蓝色配合物.λmax为682nm.在HC1—KCl介质中,pH2.3~3.2范围内,摩尔吸光系数可达1.32×105L/(mol·cm).最佳显色条件下,镓的含量在0~7μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律.
Metabromocarboxyazo-m, a new spectrophotometrie reagent was inve-stigated for the determination of Galsium in water. The stoichiometric composition of the blue complex is verified, being Ga: R= 1: 2. Maximum absorption Of Ga-complex is 682nm. Its molar absorptivity is ε682 = 1. 32 ×105L·mol-1· cm-1, when acidities at pH2. 3-3. 2. Galsium content within 0- 7μg/25ml, beer's law is followed.
