痤疮方系列配合外治法治疗寻常痤疮238例临床观察

The clinical observation of series of acne formula combined with external treatment to cure 238 patients of commom acne

目的观察自制痤疮方系列配合中药面膜治疗面部寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法280例寻常痤疮患者随机分为2组,治疗组238例,根据中医辨证分型分别服用痤疮方系列胶囊,并结合外用相应的中药面膜治疗,每周2次。对照组42例,给予口服美满霉素,外用舒肤特。2组均2周为1个疗程,4个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率94.5%,对照组总有效率76.2%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中医辨证施治,服用痤疮方系列胶囊并配合外治法治疗面部寻常痤疮疗效显著,临床症状改善快。

Objective To study the curative effect of Common acne on face treated by series of acne formula combined with facial mask of Chinese material medical. Methods Cases with Common acne were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment groups （ n = 238） were given series of acne formula combined with facial mask of Chinese material medical 15g, two times a week; 42 patients in control group were given minocycline and indometacin. Effect was evaluated in both groups the after 8 weeks. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （94.5 % ） was higher than that in control group （76.2%, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Series of acne formula combined with facial mask of Chinese material medical get rapid effective on Common acne.
