摘要
目的:研究植物甾醇凝胶对烧伤的影响。方法:采用大鼠背部Ⅲ°烧伤、小鼠背部Ⅲ°烫伤、小鼠足部烫伤及小鼠耳肿胀模型,评价植物甾醇对烧伤、烫伤创面的促愈合作用,对小鼠足部肿胀、耳肿的抑制作用。结果:不同浓度的植物甾醇凝胶能明显促进实验动物烧、烫伤创面愈合,减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳部肿胀,抗炎作用显著。结论:植物甾醇凝胶能促进烧伤、烫伤创面的修复。
AIM: To study the effect of phytosterol gel on burning wound. METHOD: In this experment, the models of Ⅲ° depth burning wound of rats, Ⅲ° depth burning wound of mice, foot burning swelling of mice and ear inflammatory swelling of mice induced by dimethyl benzene were established. The experiment was designed for evaluation of promoting actions of wound healing, antiinflammation of phytosterol gel. RESTILT: The different concentrations of phytosterol gel can promote wound healing. It can also abate the ear swelling of mice induced by dimethyl benzene and possess antiinflammatory action. CONCLUSION: Phytosterol gel can promote wound reparing.
