摘要 综述了海洋软体动物活性物质片螺素及其类似生物碱的结构和生物活性,并且通过图片和相关的数据来证明片螺素在抑制HIV-1整合酶、抑制拓扑异构酶、与DNA相互作用和诱发金属依赖性的降解的活性。 This article reviews the recent research progresses on biological activity and structure of lamellarins and analogous alkaloids, and prove the activity of lamellarius about the inhibition of HW-1 Integrase, the inhibition of Topoisomerase I , and the DNA interaction with metal and dependence induced degradation.
