甘草提取物—碘仿制剂空管药物疗法治疗尖周炎及疗效分析

Preparation of Glycyrrhiza Extract -lodoform for Treatment of Apical Periodontitis by Hollow-Tube Medicine Therapy and Analysis of Treating Effect

本文应用甘草提取物－碘仿制剂临床上治疗了尖周炎患者９６例１２３颗牙．临床治疗结果表明，痊愈率为９５．９３％，总有效率１００％．单独甘草提取物制剂用于急性尖周炎引流治疗不但能减少引流次效，而且能明显缩短疼痛持续时间．本文还对疗效作了进一步分析．

It was 123 teeth in 96 cases suffering from apical periodontitis were clinicallytreated by the preparation of glycyrrhiza extract -- iodoform. The results showed that the recovery and success rates were 95. 93 % and 100%, respectively. The single preparation ofglycyrrhiza extract in the drainage treatment of acute apical periodontitis was not only reduced the time of drainage, but also obviously shortened the time of persistence of pain. Thearticle also further analysed the effect of treatment.
