连花清瘟胶囊对小鼠病毒感染后肺指数的影响

Effect of Lianhua Qingwen Capsule on Pulmonary Index of Mice with Viral Infection

目的:观察连花清瘟胶囊对流感病毒FM1、副流感病毒仙台株感染小鼠肺指数的影响。方法:用流感病毒FM1、副流感病毒仙台株滴鼻感染小鼠建立模型,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、利巴韦林组、连花清瘟高、中、低剂量组,观察小鼠的一般情况、肺指数。结果:连花清瘟中剂量对流感病毒FM1、副流感病毒仙台株感染后小鼠的肺指数增高均有显著的降低作用(P<0.05,P<0.01);低剂量仅对流感病毒FM1感染后小鼠的肺指数有降低作用(P<0.05)。结论:连花清瘟胶囊对流感病毒FM1、副流感病毒仙台株感染小鼠的肺损害有抑制作用。

Objective：To observe effect of Lianhua Qingwen Capsule on pulmonary index of mouse infected by influenza virus FM1 and parainfluenza Sendai virus,Methods：model mice by influenza virus FM1 and parainfluenza Sendai virus were randomly divided into six groups;the nomal group,model group,libaweilin group,bigh dose,medium dose and low dose of Lianhua Qingwen group.The momal condition and pulmonary index were observed.Results：The medium dose of Lianhua Qingwen Capsule had remarkable decreasing effect（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）on the increase of pulmorary index of rate with viral infection by influenza virus and parainfluenza Sendai virus.The low dose of Lianhua Qingwen Capsule only had a decreasing effect（P〈0.05）on the pulmonary index of rats with viral infection by influenza virus and parainfluenza Sendai virus.Conclusion;Lianhua Qingwen Capsule has inhibitory effect on the pulmonary impainnent by influenza virus and parainfluenza Sendai virus.
