摘要
对安钢6号高炉布料器失常后的高炉操作进行了总结,分析探讨了双钟炉顶布料和布料失常后的退焦炭负荷、放料原则等问题。指出本次针对布料设备特点,人工驱动强化布料,对稳定炉况起到了关键作用。
This paper summarizes operation of distributor disorder at Anyang Steel ＇s No. 6 BF,analyzes burden distribution of BF top with double bells and a few problems of distributor disorder,such as reducing coke loading and filling material principle and so on,puts forward it played a key role to strengthen burden distribution to stabilize the furnace condition, driven with hands by Aiming at the characteristics of equipment.
