摘要
“实境”与“耦合”人才培养模式指导下的教学过程,具有四方面的特征:一是全面促进学生职业素质提高的过程;二是整合校内外教学资源,培养学生职业素养的过程;三是学生在校内外教师的指引下,发展职业能力,形成职业品格,提高职业素质的过程;四是面向社会职业需求、内外结合的有机过程。
There are four features in the teaching under the cultivation mode of "reality" and "coupling". Firstly, it is the process to develop the students" quality. Secondly, it is the process to integrate the teaching resources in order to develop the students" quality. Thirdly, it is the process to develop the professional ability, professional ethics and professional quality. Fourthly, it is the process to meet the social demands.
