摘要
职业院校主体性德育模式,旨在培养具有主体意识和创新品格的一代新人。在这一模式中,学生的主体性与教师的主体性是不可分割、相辅相成的统一体。因此在教育教学过程中,教师不应放弃自己的主体作用。这种作用包括三个方面:教师是德育教学活动的组织者、学生德育学习活动的参与者和引导者。丢弃了教师的主体作用,也就意味着放弃了教育的神圣职责。
The aim of student-oriented moral education is to cultivate the new generation with creation. At vocational colleges, teachers shouldn't give up their key roles in the process of moral education. The key roles that teachers play in the moral education are the organizer of moral education activities, the participator of those activities and the guider of moral study. If teachers give up their key roles, it means that they've failed to fulfill their responsibilities as a teacher.
