聚合物干粉防水砂浆粘接材料的研究 被引量:6

Study on the Polymer Dry Mixed Mortar for Bonding Material

摘要 制备了室温水溶性聚乙烯醇PVA粉末、憎水性长链烷基羧酸盐微粉、有机硅微粉和溶胶-凝胶法制成的有机硅-硅溶胶杂化微粉,研究了它们对水泥砂浆强度、粘接性能和防水性能的影响。结果表明PVA粉末能显著提高纯水泥砂浆的抗折强度和粘接性能;价廉的憎水性微粉长链烷基羧酸盐微粉随长链烷基碳数的增加,防水性能增强;有机硅微粉和有机硅-硅溶胶杂化微粉更能降低水泥砂浆的吸水性,并且随它们用量的增加和有机硅与硅溶胶杂化比的增大,水泥砂浆防水性能大大提高;PVA粉末与憎水性微粉共同使用,不仅能保持水泥砂浆的强度,还能提高其粘接性和防水性能,在陶瓷墙地砖防水粘贴和勾缝、混凝土界面黏结、外墙涂料装饰和刚性防水等方面有着广泛的应用前景。 Room temperature water soluble polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) powders, hydrophobic long chain alkyl carboxylate micro powders and silicone powders were prepared. And silicone - silieasol hybrid micro powders were synthesized by sol - gel method. The effects of these powders on the strength,' adhesion properties and water proof properties of dry mixed mortar were researched. The results showed that the PVA powder Could greatly improved the breaking strength and adhesion properties of mortar, The water proof properties of cheap hydrophobie long chain alkyl earboxylate micro powders were enhanced with the increasing of carbon number in the long chain alkyl. The silicone micro powders and the silicone - silieasol hybrid micro powders could decrease water absorbanee of mortar, and with the increment of their content and the hybrid ratio between silicones to silieasol, the water resistance of mortar improved greatly. The dry mixed mortar had good strength, adhesion and water resistance properties with the PVA powder and hydrophobie micro powders being applied together, and it had broad application prospects in the fields of water resistance adhesion of ceramic, pointing, concrete surface bonding, exterior wall decoration and rigid water proof engineering.
