双组分交联型丙烯酸酯胶黏剂的研制 被引量:2

摘要 采用溶液聚合的方法,以丙烯酸羟乙酯、乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸和丙烯酸异辛酯的混合单体及聚氨酯101-乙组分为原料,合成了双组分溶液型丙烯酸酯胶黏剂。并讨论了单体组成以及单体中丙烯酸羟乙酯与固化剂的比例大小等因素对胶黏剂性能的影响。结果表明:当丙烯酸羟乙酯为18g,丙烯酸羟乙酯与固化剂比例为1∶3时性能最优;单纯增加组分中的羟乙酯成分对体系交联程度和体系性能影响不大;羟乙酯如果同固化剂共同作用,胶黏剂性能可以得到明显提高。 The two- component acrylate adhesive is prepared by solution polymerization with polyurethane101 -B component and mixed monomer which is consisted of 2 - EHA, vinyl acetate, acrylic acid and HEA. The effects of compositions of monomer and ratio of EHA to curing agent in monomer on the performance of adhesive are discussed. The results show that the optimum performance appears when the amount of HEA is 18g and the ratio of 2 - EHA to curing agent is 1: 3 ; there is little effects of increasing 2 - EHA on eresslinking degree of system and performance of adhesive; the performance of adhesive may improve greatly when 2 - EHA and eresslinking agent acts together.
