摘要
文章将地下水补给、开采与排泄的多年均衡过程中的各阶段联系起来考虑,运用动态规划方法,以灌溉系统多年平均净效益最大为目标,求得最优机泵配套扬程与相应的最优水利化程度,为井灌区浅层地下水资源开发利用规划提供决策依据。
Taking account of very singed of groundwater recharge,exploitution and drainage on the processes of perennial water balance and using the method of dynamic programming is applied, with the aim of maximum perennial average benefit Of irrigation system,wetry to find the optimal pump-lift and the relevant irigation ratio.The research results provide scicentific basis for shallow groundwater resource exploitation and planning on the well-irrigntion regions.
