摘要
文章从道路交通的系统观点提出了一种基于两层模型的预测方案，即指数静态模型和灰色校正动态模型。它与常用的线性回归分析方法有一定的关系，但能更好地解决预测滞后性的问题，提高预测精度。
This article proposes a method of the roud accident forecast,which is based on two layers model,that is a exponent static model and a grey rectifying dynamic model. This method solves the problem of deviation in forecasting the red accident better and improves the precision.
