摘要
目的建立HPLC测定扎托洛芬片的含量及有关物质的方法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱（4．6mm×150mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-水-醋酐（60：40：0．5），检测波长332nm。结果扎托洛芬在30～70mg·L^-1内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．7％（RSD=0．74％）。结论本方法操作简单，分离效果好，灵敏度高，结果准确可靠。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determining the content and related substances of zaltoprofen tablet. METHODS The analytical column was Diamonsil Cjs （4. 6 mm × 150 mm ,5 μm）. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-H2O-acetic anhydride （60： 40：0.5 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^- 1 , and the detective wavelength was 332 nm. RESULTS The standard curve of zaltoprofen was linear in the range of 30 - 70 mg · L^-1 （r =0. 999 9） ;the average recovery was 99. 7% （ RSD =0. 74% ）. CONCLUSION This method is simple, accurate and sensitive.
