刨切薄竹漂白工艺研究

Study on Bleaching Technology of Sliced Bamboo Veneer

旨在确定出刨切薄竹漂白用试剂及漂白工艺。探讨了漂白温度、漂白液浓度、漂白时间、pH值以及浴比等因素对漂白的影响。结果表明,双氧水对薄竹漂白的效果最好。确定出最佳漂白工艺为:漂白温度为70℃,pH=9,漂白液浓度为5％,漂白时间90min。

Through a series of tests,the suitable bleaching solution and optimal bleaching technology are determined. And the effects of bleaching temperature, proportion of bleaching solution, bleaching time,pH value,and bleaching liguid volume are investigated. The results show that-H2O2 is the best one for bamboo veneer bleaching. The optimal bleaching conditions are as follows： temperature 70℃, bleaching time 90min, pH 9, and concentration of bleaching solution being 5 %.
