摘要
通过数据,详细地分析了西部地区教育、科学与研究、健康的投资情况,结论是教育投资来源单一,科研投资稳步增长,少数民族省份健康投入较高,但是三者与东部地区相比差距较为明显,最后从转变观念、加大投入、制度以及加强管理等方面提出了相应的对策。
According to statistics information, this article analyzes the investment situation of the education, the science and research as well as the health in western areas with details, the conclusion is that the investment source of education is unitary, the scientific research investment steady increase, the health investment of the minority areas is high comparatively, and finally it gives advice to solve the problem from several aspects.
