离心泵吸水管上加装负压吸水罐的分析

摘要 分析了离心泵吸水管底阀泄漏,使管内水位下降至低于最大允许吸上真空值,致使每次启动泵前,必须往泵体和吸水管内灌满水才能启动泵;若在吸水管上加装负压吸水罐,可在底阀泄漏情况下,使吸水管内水位不下降,启动泵时可省去灌泵程序。在东曲矿20 t锅炉房和白家庄矿二中锅炉房给水泵上已改装3台,效果良好。 Analyses that because of bottom valve leaking in a syphon of a centrifugal pump,water level in the syphon falls to below the vacuum value of permitting suction, causes that must fill the pump body and the syphon with water before starts the pump every tim ;if installs negative - pressure container on the syphon, in the condition of bottom valve leaking enables the water level in the syphon not fall, when start the pump, can leave out the procedure of pouring the pump body with water. Installs and transforms three pumps in 20 t boiler room in Dongqu coal mine and the boiler room of the second middle school of Baijiazhuang coal mine and acquires the better effects.
