摘要 对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的发病机制进行了总结,突出了早期诊断和治疗的重要性,概括了达成共识的临床基本治疗原则,指出近年来在临床诊治中存在的误区,介绍HIE神经保护措施研究的进展,提出尽管亚低温可能是目前治疗HIE最有前景的神经保护措施,但它与其他神经保护措施联合治疗是发展的必然方向。 The article reviewed the pathogenesis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), emphasizing the importance of early diagnosis and treatment of HIE, The article also summarized the general consensus of the basic principles of HIE therapy, pointing out the mistakes in diagnostic and therapeutic regions in the clinical practice fight now, And the author introduced the advances of neuroprotective measures in treatment of neonatal HIE. Hypothermia combined with other neuroprotective agents will be a major direction of neonatal HIE therapy, notwithstanding hypothermia is the most promising update neuroprotective method.
