摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS10.0,对外形及其受力都比较复杂的内燃机连杆稳定承载能力进行了较为精确的线性及非线性分析。得出了连杆弹性屈曲时的屈曲模态ω(x)=Asin nπx/l前4阶屈曲模态及非弹性屈曲时稳定临界载荷。为工程实践中外形和受力复杂的受压杆件稳定承载能力的精确分析计算提供了可行、有效的方法和分析数据。
By the powerful analysis software of finite element ANSYS10.0, this article, which aims at stabile loaded capability of link of internalcombustion engine that shape and power-loaded are complicated, makes an accurate analysis of linear and nonlinear of finite element And then, it concluded the buckling mode when elasticity of link is buckling and the preceding four steps of buckling mode and the stabile critical load of non-elastic buckling .With the conclusion, the article supplies feasible and effective method and valuable data of analysis, for the accurate analysis and calculation of stabile loaded capability of press-loaded pole of which shape and power-loaded are complicated in the project and practice.
