摘要
液动力是设计、分析液压控制阀及液压系统考虑的重要因素之一。文中采用动网格技术,利用UDF功能给定阀芯不同的运动速度,仿真研究了不同阀芯速度以及不同边界条件的锥阀阀内的流场,分析了插装型锥阀在开启和闭合工作过程中不同的边界条件下阀芯所受的液动力。所进行的研究工作对于系统建模分析和锥阀液动力的补偿研究提供了依据。
The flow force is the important factor for designing and analyzing both the control valve and the hydraulic system. The velocity of the poppet cone is defined by utilizing CFD. The flow filed inside the valve is simulated and studied at the different cone velocity and the different boundary condition by adopting the dynamic mesh. EspeciaLly, the flow force of the cartridge poppet valve is analyzing when the poppet cone is moving.
