摘要
针对传统的电阻测试系统存在的多种问题,研制了一种基于89C52单片机的电阻测试系统。该系统以单片机为控制核心,结合555电路构成的多谐振荡电路,利用汇编语言进行编程。使测试系统具有测量精度高、性能可靠、智能化及自动化程度高等优点,弥补了传统测量方法的不足。
The resistance test system based on 89C52 monolithic microcomputer is introduced. A SCM （Single Chip Micyoco） and a mul- tivibrator is used in the system. The testing program is compiled by using assembly language. This system has lots of advantages, such as high measure precision, on and etc. It can make up the shortage of the traditional diagraph method.
