基于质量管理方法的废弃连杆再加工技术的研究

The Research of Re-machining Technique of Scrapped Connecting Rods Based on Quality Management Method

借鉴全面质量管理的分析方法,对连杆报废的原因进行了综合分析,并对废品连杆进行了分类。通过实验,将废弃连杆成功地加工成合格产品,因而创造出一定的经济效益,同时为连杆质量改进提供了可靠依据。

Using the idea of full-scale quality management, we analyzed synthetically the reasons of the emergence of faulty connecting rod which have been classified simultaneously. Through experiments, the scrapped connecting rod can be made up to be standard. As a result, an amount of economical beneficial could be achieved and provided credible basis for improving the quality of connecting rod.
