特效筋骨痛胶囊中掺布洛芬与对乙酰氨基酚的测定

Determination of Ibuprofen and Paracetamol in Texiaojingutong Capsule

目的:对特效筋骨痛胶囊中违法添加布洛芬与对乙酰氨基酚成分进行确认。方法:采用薄层色谱法及高效液相色谱二极管陈列检测法分别对布洛芬与对乙酰氨基酚进行定性鉴别;参照《中国药典》有关条件,采用HPLC法分别对伪品中布洛芬与对乙酰氨基酚进行含量测定。结果:样品中检出布洛芬与对乙酰氨基酚含量值分别为0.341 mg/粒;17.4 mg/粒。结论:特效筋骨痛胶囊中确认违法添加了布洛芬与对乙酰氨基酚成分。

Objective： To confirm the components of ibuprofen and paracetamol illegally adding in Texiaojingtong capsule. Method： The TLC and HPLC - DAD were used to identify buprofen and paracetamol in quality. According to the condition in Chinese Pharmacopoeia, HPLC was used to determine the contents of buprofen and paracetamol in spurious breed. Result： Buprofen and paracetamol were detected out in the samples with the contents 0.341 mg every pill and 17.4 mg every pill respectively. Conclusion： It is confirmed that buprofen and paracetamol are added into Texiaojinggutong capsule illegally.
