绝经后骨质疏松症的中医药治疗进展

Therapy of TCM for Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

文章综述了近年来中医学对绝经后骨质疏松症病因病机、辨证论治、各种治疗方法的应用与研究进展,认为其主要病机为肾虚、脾虚、血瘀,临床辨证以肾虚型报道最多。中医药治疗本病具有良好的疗效与应用前景。但仍存在缺乏相关标准与量化指标等问题。

The paper summarized the progress in studying the etiological factors and pathogenesis, therapeutic methods of postmenopausal osteoporosis in recent years. The renal deficiency, spleen deficiency and blood stasis were thought as the main pathogenesis, the renal deficiency was most frequency on the clinical syndrome differentiation in literatures＇report. The author thought the TCM had a good effect and prospect in treating the disease, but also had some questions to be short of relative standard and quantified targets.
