摘要
溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)治疗难度大,疗程长,而且治愈后常易复发.近年来,肠道动力学异常与UC的发病关系得到医学界的重视,并逐渐成为UC发病机制研究的热点.Cajal间质细胞结构改变与数量异常、肠道电生理紊乱、结肠压变化,以及肠道相关神经递质(Ach、VIP、NO、CO等)表达异常与UC的发病有关.相关肠道动力学异常参与UC发病的具体机制则有待于进一步深入研究.
Ulcerative colitis, which is fairly difficult to be treated, has an extended course and frequent recurrent rate. As a new direction in the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis, the role of intestinal motility is being recognized and becoming a hotspot. It is reported that the changes of number and structure in interstitial cells of Cajal and colonic manometry, the abnormity of electrophsiology in the intestine and the expression of neurotransmitters, including acetylcholine (Ach), vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), nitric oxide (NO), and carbon monoxide (CO), are associated with the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis. Further investigation of intestinal motility has an important significance in realizing the pathogenic mechanism of ulcerative colitis.
