摘要 目的:分析幽门螺杆菌感染对胃癌转移侵袭能力的影响,同时对其基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)表达情况进行检测.方法:采用改良的Giemsa法检测幽门螺杆菌感染,免疫组化法检测42例胃癌标本MMP-9和MMP-2表达情况.采用Fisher's exact检验对幽门螺杆菌感染和胃癌患者临床病理特征的相关性进行分析.结果:胃癌组织中幽门螺杆菌感染率为61.9%(26/42).幽门螺杆菌感染与胃癌的分期和淋巴结转移状况相关,与患者性别、发病年龄、及组织类型无相关性.幽门螺杆菌感染与MMP-9和MMP-2表达均具有相关性(χ2=7.77,P<0.01;χ2=8.08,P<0.01).结论:幽门螺杆菌感染能够增加胃癌的侵袭转移能力,其机制可能与MMP-9和MMP-2表达增加有关. AIM: To detect the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in gastric tissues with H pylori infection, and to analyze the effect of H pylori infection on the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. METHODS: A total of 42 cases of gastric cancer specimens were included in this study. H pylori infection was determined by improved Giemsa method and the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were detected by immunohistochemistry. Fisher's exact was used to analyze the correlation between H pylori infection and the clinical pathological features of gastric cancer. RESULTS: H pylori infection was confirmed in 26 of 42 cases, and it was correlated with the staging and lymph node metastasis, but not with the sex, age of patients and histological types. H pylori infection was also significantly correlated with the expression of MMP-9 and MMP-2 (X^2 = 7.77, P 〈 0.01; X^2 = 8.08, P 〈 0.01). CONCLUSION: H pylori infection may promote the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer by increasing the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9.
